Guild Wars 1 linked account blocked.

Hi. I have GW1 and GW2 linked, I have a LOT of time without playing GW1, I tried to login today (on GW1) to check something and is “blocked by account issue error 45” or something like that.

Is GW1 account blocked by inactivity or something? I don’t want to contact support for this because the accounts link, so I don’t want my GW2 account affected.

EDIT; Tried to login GW1 forums “https://forum.guildwars.com/login” to post the issue there and got this message: Login Error: Banned.

Last time I logged in GW1 (long ago) everything was fine, my password is insanely long and hard btw, and my GW2 account is fine.

You’ve submitted a ticket and that’s good. Posting here (many times) to discuss the situation will not get one you any closer to the information you seek, because only a support agent can review the account and determine what took place.

We do not close accounts for inactivity in either Guild Wars or Guild Wars 2.
Your account, if compromised, did not get compromised through our system.
Please discuss with Support, to get accurate answers.
