Guild upgrades disappeared?

Me and my friends have a small guild going and spend a few thousand on upgrades awhile ago, and now all of a sudden the upgrades that we purchased are no longer showing up and now im spending influence on the upgrades that we should already have? Has this happened to anyone else? or is my game just screwing up?

If you change worlds, your Influence remains on the world on which it was earned. It will be there if you choose to move back to that world in the future, but it does not port to a new world.
