Guild Bank Compromised

One of the officers in our guild had his account compromised, and the gold in our guild bank was stolen. To my knowledge the account in question is still compromised and we removed it from our guild the moment we recognized the theft. Given that only officers have access to the tab containing the gold, this was a most unfortunate and truly unforeseeable occurrence. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated, and more information can be provided on request. Thanks in advance.

Your guild member should contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist him recover his account. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, he should read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.

The loss from the guild bank will not be recoverable by us. However, the most critical issue here is returning the account to its rightful owner.
