On Sept. 10th I tried to purchase the Minis 3 Pack. I received an error I don’t recall, so when I tried again I was ready to take a screenshot.
It seemed the transaction had gone through this time, and all I had to do was wait. After 1 day I still had not received my transaction, and my friend suggested I fill out a support ticket since there were so many trade errors it was taking weeks to get things resolved for everyone out there.
I sent in the ticket, I included precise times of when the purchases were attempted to be made (since I could pull the time off the creation of the screenshot.), what it was, etc. Approximately a week after the ticket was submitted, suddenly I had 301 Gems again, instead 1. I was reimbursed for my purchase. This had surprised me, as I’d expected to receive the item I had tried to purchase.
Last weekend I logged in to find a mail from the Black Lion Trading, that had my Minis 3 Pack in it, it shows under transactions, and I still have 301 Gems.
I don’t want to get in trouble for looking like I may have somehow cheated the system. So what happens now? Do you take back the item? Deduct the 300 Gems? I keep the Gems and enjoy the item?
