Let’s be clear:

1. Account name: The e-mail address you use to log in to the game.
2. User name: Same as Account name, an e-mail address
3. Character name: The name of a character, like The Frog.
4. Display name: The name that shows up in the game or next to your forum posts, like Gaile Gray.####. You do not use the latter name to log in to the game or the forums.

Customer Support can change #1 and 2. You can change #3 with the purchase of a Name Change Contract in the Gem Store. We will change #4 only in cases of a security risk.

Please contact Support if you need assistance with an Account/User name change.
