Arena Net, please deal with this quickly and swiftly. Its disturbing, annoying and completely unnecessary. Several MMO’s are able to deal with spammers and gold sellers/power levelers with 100% success (Eve Online, Rift to name two).

Every day when I login I need to report and delete several e-mails. Several times more I need to report spam in chat and block the person. It’s not a good way to start the game.

Yes, it’s something we deal with every day, and in fact we stepped up observations and blocks just today.
