I am sick and tired of GW2 staff not doing anything to stop these gold selling pm’s that constantly drive us players mad on a daily basis.
The solution? It’s quite simple actually. Give us an option to not receive whisper’s AND mail (because they do it that way too) from random players we don’t know – IT’S NOT THAT HARD!
I’ve been tolerating these gold seller pm’s for months now, but it’s really starting to affect my gameplay. This should have been dealt with since day 1, and it hasn’t.
The next time my friends are online I will be telling them from now on I am putting my online status to ‘invisible’ and that the only way to talk to me will be if I happen to see them around on the off chance, or if a feature to block random pm’s is implemented.
I am saddened that GW2 has not implemented such a feature already, and whilst I’m not going to quit over this, I just want to let the staff know that this has become an extremely annoying problem and it NEEDS to be dealt with. Implementing such a feature as I have suggested wouldn’t be that hard, and you will make many players happy.
