Hey there.
My girlfriend was hacked and it was resolved within 2 days. But during these 2 days her items were cleaned. Before she was hacked though, She bought gems and converted them to gold and bought items with said gold.
When she got her items back. She noticed the items she bought were not there but the gold amount she had AFTER spending the gold is correct. She’s missing the items and the gold hasn’t been refunded. Essentially, 20 Euros were stolen and not returned.
