Hello, I hope I can ask this question here.
I’d like to buy a quaggan backpack from the bltc and mail/gift/give it to my girlfriend, is there any way to do this?

As Gillius has said, the quaggan backpack is account bound and therefore you cannot send it as a gift to your girlfriend, I am afraid.
