Getting locked out on gem purchases

Hey, I’m currently getting locked out on gem purchases. I tried on my credit card, and that didn’t work. I then tried on my debit card and that didn’t work. I purchased gems a few days ago ankitten ot sure why it’s not letting me purchase gems >.<
