Getting black eyes from farmers

I know there are GMs in the game i have seen two (little Arena Net logo next to name).

I report gold farmer spammers almost religiously whenever i craft in Divinities Reach. Yet the few i did not block because i was testing the veracity of ANet, seem to be just going on and on daily. I know several players on my server (Darkhaven) have reported botters over and over, who brazenly bot in the exact same spots daily also.

The gold farmers and bots of gold farmers make ANet look bad, they give the game a black eye and disrupt the game for players. There are bots with 6 accounts daisy chained to each other that basically destroy events.

The absolute worst part is i see clearly accounts of players who i have grouped with in the past that are either farmers and they spoke perfect English before, or they are some of the many hacked accounts, forced into botting or spamming.

This is a serious problem, ANet you are showing a very lax approach towards it, i have had the utmost respect for you as a company, but i had that same respect for Bioware prior to the release of SWTOR. Please, i know it seems silly but this has to be a priority.

1) People in the ArenaNet guild are not GMs. They are regular staff members who are usually just playing on their off-time. They are not necessarily there to work.

2) Every single report is investigated by Customer Support. They’ve got a lot on their plate right now, but those who are in breach of the User Agreement will be taken care of.
