Gems issue

hi so i have this problem where if i use my saved visa card i get “payment approval failed” yet when i delete the saved card and add it again the gems go through. but then the fourth time i wanted to add gems i couldnt do it even when i deleted the card and tried again so now cant purchase gems at all

any help on this to solve my problem would be greatly appreciated
