I bought 1600 gems but when I click transfer it says I have an account balance of 0 gems. How do I transfer gems to my account balance so I can change servers?
Gems for transfer?

I had the exact same issue as you and fixed it by exiting the client and then logging back in.
This is a solid suggestion. Log all the way out of the game and then log back in.
