Gem Store not loading

My gem store wasn’t loading earlier today , and after almost 5 hours of reinstalling, it stillleaves me on this blank page. Also, when using the trading post, I could only see one page when using the filter option, and would not allow me to scroll through pages.
I know a few people were also having the same issue.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Hi all,

Can you please provide additional details to help us with this debugging? It doesn’t occur with all players, and we’d love to help track down what could be causing this. Things that will help the team are dates of when you last could connect, when you noticed you couldn’t, if you get an error or just a blank page, anything about your system that might be relevant (mac vs pc too), and things you’ve done during your self-debugging.

I am running the Mac Version 1.0.009112
.

We have resolved an issue that was preventing some Mac players from accessing the Gem Store. Can you please try again?

i found 2 of this folders on my HD, After Deleting them all is working fine.
C:\Users\YOURYOUSESRNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\gw2cache-[somecrypticrandomnumbers]

when you guys are in luck there should be a Debug Message that helps to find the files too in your installation folder
