Gem store items missing from account

Hi Arenanet,

During the Halloween season I purchased some gems to buy some items, one Witches’ Outfit and one Devil Horns. This was on the 1st of November. Just now (2nd of Nov) I signed in and found these two very items missing from:

#EDIT# <THE ITEMS WERE ACTUALLY RECEIVED IN THE MAIL AND SUBSEQUENTLY TRANSFERRED TO THE INVENTORY. IT APPEARS THAT THE ITEMS DID NOT MAKE IT PAST THE LATEST PATCH - THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED>

1. Mail
2. Inventory
3. Equipped items
4. Bank
#EDIT# 5. As per post #2, Yes I have also checked my town clothes slots

However the gem store still shows these as recent purchases and my gem balanced has been DEDUCTED for the cost of the Witches’ Outfit (Devil horns being 0 cost).

I have raised an issue ticket, and I would like this to be sorted out as soon as possible. I am sure Arenanet has the ability to scan my account aspects to verify that I am indeed not in possession of either of these items. I bought the Halloween Mini Pets pack on the first day of the Halloween event (5-6 days ago?), but I still have them in my account. What is going on?

If some kind ArenaNet soul would help me ensure that this glitch is looked into and tracked, here is the ticket number I raised: 121102-001421
