Gem Store: Bank and Inventory Slot

I recently purchased a Bank and Inventory slot upgrade from the Gem Store, but I didn’t not receive the upgrades to the account or in the mail. Even after seening a +1 pop up through the purchase on the gem store with the gems taken from my account.

However, when I purchased a Inventory Slot (in addition to the one from the gem store) from the Inventory Panel it instantly added the bag slot to the character I was playing (as intended).

So, currently I’m out the gems and the purchase of 1 bank upgrade and 1 inventory upgrade.

I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.

Do be sure your mailbox is empty, that might help. But I think you’ll need to submit a ticket on this.
