This evening I spent roughly 25 gold on 200 gems and subsequently bought a Ringmaster’kitten with those 200 gems. Both my gold and my gems are gone but I never received the hat.

Hmmm…. By all means feel free to submit a ticket by clicking “Support” at the top of this page and then clicking the “Submit a request” option. Provide as much information as possible in the web form, because that will create a ticket within the support system.
