We’ll recently I bought a 1200 gem pack, after spending it I ended up with 590, I wanted to save up for a armor set and buy it with gold or buy more gems, so I purchased 10 gems so I had a rounded up number than later save for it, I later left my laptop to do something and I came back and started to play again. I was fighting a champion and I was scavenging and selling my worthless items and ran into a skin staff set, its called the kasmeers staff skin, I than decided to combine it with my staff, little later I went back on gem store to see what else is in shop until I noticed in the bottom right hand corner I purchased a skin set, the same one I used on my staff. I’m 99% sure I didn’t purchase it by accident and think my brother purchased it without me knowing and the skin sets not that bad but I’d prefer the gems for the armor. Is there anyway I can get the gems back? Even though it’s used can the management take away the staff and give me the gems back? Thanks -Nzr

You need to secure your account immediately. Your brother should not have access to your account in any way, shape, or form. Whether we can or cannot refund spent gems is something you need to discuss with Support directly, but we do not remedy account activity related to shared accounts. In-house “hacking incidents” are not something we can resolve, because it’s impossible to know if it was a hack, insecure account practices, or account sharing, which is a violation of the UA.
