I bought two 2000 gem cards yesterday and have been trying unsuccessfully to redeem them.
It didn’t help that after I removed the protective sticker from the code, both codes were all but unreadable, the ink having been lifted off the cards by the sticker’s removal.
I persevered nonetheless , but after inputting every variation of each code I could think of, based on the letter and number fragments I could make out,the codes still could not be redeemed.
Any advice on how to proceed?
