Gem card code unreadable

I bought a gem card from a store today. When I got back home and pulled off the sticky label part of the code underneath came of with it and is unreadable. What should my next step be in order to access the gems that I purchased?

Contact the store you bought it from to get either a refund or a new card.

Yes, I agree. The store should be able to replace the card. I’m afraid we cannot help on this end.
