Gem and Item prices are global or per World?

Hi,

I just wanted to know if Gem buying and selling prices are globally the same across all Worlds/Servers or is each World’s prices set according to their markets?

Also, when you buy and sell items on the BLTC are the items being bought and sold by your world only or across all worlds?
