game wont start the install from disk/client

hey guys can you help me out my disk of GW2 starts the install application does a little then dissapears and not to be seen again its the same for the client you got any ideas on to what i can do to install this?

Hi Tomsmithard.5241,

Where do you have your Guild Wars 2 client installed to? If the client is reinstalling itself it sounds as though you may have it in a temp directory such as your Temp or Downloads folder.
