Game stops installing at 31%

I installed the game before on my MacBook Pro and it worked fine, but I lost all my files which made me download the game again. The problem is that the patching is unusually slow and it stops at 31% (This happened twice). I am unsure of what to do to get the game to fully patch so I can play so can anyone tell me what is wrong? thank you

Hey RoyalLeon,

How are you connecting to the internet? If you are connecting wirelessly, you may want to connect via an Ethernet cable until the patch is complete. Even small hiccups in wireless connectivity can cause the launcher to stop the updates part way through the process.
