Game Randomly Keeps Crashing

I’ve been experiencing this for a couple days and it is getting really frustrating as it seems to just crash whenever it wants (crashed sitting in Lion’s Arch to being in a dungeon waiting for someone to catch up after crashing). I’ve read some of the other responses and Anet Tech Support seems to be asking for the file attached:(C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2) so I’ve gone through the liberty of finding this file already and attaching it to speed up the process.

Please help as this is getting really frustrating.

Hi deadsole – Thanks for the crash log!

I’d start off with a simple repair if you haven’t already. Next, I’d like for you to go to http://www.geforce.com/drivers and click on Auto-detect your GPU. If this does not work, you will need to contact your computers manufacturer as your laptop requires proprietary drivers that can only be obtained through the manufacture.

I know these sound like really basic steps but I just want to avoid we’re covering all bases in the beginning before I request any more data from you.
