Game purchase problems

I’m sorry if this is on the wrong thread. I’ve been searching for a better place to ask these questions, but I couldn’t find an email/phone number or a support forum for this topic.

I’m trying to purchase two new copies of the game so my kids can have their own accounts. However, every time I try to purchase the game the authentication fails. I have tried on different days and at different times and I still run into the same problem.

I am so sorry that you’re having this issue. Has it sorted out yet? If not, I suggest you contact Support and the team will help you. You can read through the Knowledge Base on that link, and you can submit a ticket via the “Ask a Question” tab on that page.
