I will be travelling from the USA to the UK later this month. Will I still be able to play GW2 on my US account while in England? I really don’t want to miss all the holiday events.

Yes, absolutely. Once you’ve registered, you may play from anywhere in the world.
Have a great time in the UK. I lived there as a child, and I love it!
