Game not working good /refound request/

*i dont know if i should put here my account information and serial please tell me if i do need , cause i did this mistake once .

Issue details ; Ok , so before i bought the game i was very impressed of the game and it looked a very nice game to play so i was intested to buy it , Brfore i bought the game of course i ran a few tests of my computer and i looked for some system requirements online and it looked like my comuter can run the game prefectly , So yesterday bought the game and i noticed that i have large FPS issues with the game even with the lowest graphics and trst me its not fun to play like this , So i would like to request from you a refound for the game since i dont play it . And like i said before i only have the game for one day .

I hope you wont make of this a big deal and i will really appreciat if you help me, cause i worked hard for this money .
