game keeps crashing help

i keep crashing when i try to log in to from character screen, crash report is long so heres the start of it, been like this since patch, no idea what to do, help!

If your using any command lines like -clientport 80 or -nosound etc it will cause the crash i had it myself but someone on reddit adviced to start the game without those lines and it helped.

We are seeing a crash with the -nosound command line argument, so anyone wishing to mute the game should remove it and use the Master Volume slider or your operating system mixer for now. However, this tierDenominator > 0 crash does not appear related.
