Game does not start after launcher

Hey guys!

I’m having such an annoying issue. I was playing GW2, when my computer started to update the video driver, and the game crashed. After it, I couldn’t play with the game. I started the launcher, logged in, and when I clicked on Play, the launcher disappeared, but the game didn’t start. Guild Wars 2 disappered in the task manager whenever I click on Play in the launcher. I tried reinstall, -repair, but the problem is still up. My video driver is up to date. (Windows 8.1)

Hi kalaka,

What sort of system specs are you working with? Also, was the driver successfully updated? You said you were trying to update the driver and then the game crashed. Were you trying to update the driver while playing? You may want to consider a clean installation of your video card drivers first.
