Game crashed; now can't load up the character

My game now continues to crash every time I select & load into the game on a certain character (“Lobsel Vith” on Tarnished Coast), since the game crashed while pulling up a map.
It happened while standing near the Nightmare Court camp north of Morgans Spiral, in Caledon Forest. I can load into the game on every other character, but every time I log on with this one, it crashes again while loading. I have reverified the files several times. It keeps happening. And yes I’ll be logging a support ticket momentarily but any help in the meanwhile??
