Friends account stolen, heard nothing back. At all. Zip.

My friend has had his account compromised for two days now. The worst part is that he has not heard anything from arena.net since he had his account stolen. The thief was even online playing all day yesterday. Why was there no safeguard for login changing? Even more scary is that the thief could goto the gem store and utterly destroy his bank account. Why is there no CVV code entry for the gem store!?!?!?

My friend e-mailed every piece of info possible: when it happened, detailed info about his character, mailed in his name, address, last 4 digits of debit card number, phone number, and serial number. After all of that, he has received NOTHING BACK! At the least why can’t arena.net e-mail him that ‘yes, we got it under control. the account is locked and your bank account is safe. we are really busy but your account will be available soon.’

Is that so much to ask?
