Friend Kicked From His Own Guild

I’m writing due to a problem that a friend of mine has faced just then.
He invited a couple of known friends to his guild with the following initials:
PWND, including me and some other known pvp’ers.

When he logged in the Heart of the Mists he realized that he and a couple of other people have been kicked by a player named XXXX whose username is XXXXXXXXXXX who claims that he kicked some people that he didn’t familiarize himself with.

I would like to add that the Leader of the guild was not aware that the player XXXXXXXXXX had the priviledges to kick any players from his guild.
XXXXX was not the Leader of the guild, yet he possessed the ability to kick people from it.

Now the problem is, the actual Leader of the guild (my friend) whose name is “XXXXXXXX” with the username XXXXXXX. Would NOT autorize XXXXX to such daring attempts to kick HIM from his OWN GUILD.

Adding to that, from my point of view, the player XXXXXXXXX has seen to intentionally abused of game exploits to get permission to take control of XXXXXX’s entire guild, which for him meant alot, since he has been taking leadership of this guild for a long time, and I have been with him on it too, so I know how hard it must be.

All he is asking right now is to have HIS OWN guild to his control again, so he can once again take leadership of what IS and has always been HIS guild.

I would also like to add that I have not got any kind of spite towards both sides, I am here to try and solve my friends problem to what is known to be.
And I will maintain my fairness up to the same level that It has always been, seeing the right side of the situation and taking control of the logic behind everything.

Anet, I leave it to you.
Waiting for reply on the situation.

Yours, Extreme D P S.

EDIT:
I replaced all names with XXXXX.
