Friend get auto blocked every time

A friend of mine has been blocked by email authentication 3 times now, not just disallowed login but blocked so he has to open a support ticket every time. Could someone look into this for him please, he has made multiple support tickets and just isnt getting anywhere.

When was the last time your friend sent a ticket? If the last one is still open and you have been more than three days waiting, please, proceed to write the incidence number and a description of the problem in the following thread.
