Free trial errors - Blue Tracker

I sent codes to 2 friends and when they try to apply the codes it is giving them an error stating " you have not applied a retail serial code to your account and the grace period has ended. Until you apply a serial code, you will be unable to continue playing guild wars 2. Please visit the retailer where you pre-purchased or pre-ordered guild wars 2 to obtain you retail serial code."

So this is on the registration site or on the game client, Groggy?

If it’s on the game client, no worries — they’re getting the message because the event doesn’t start until Thursday. If it’s on the actual registration page, I’d like to learn more.
