Free trial and HoM question

Hello,

I’ve purchased GW2 during the free trial weekend after being referred. I didn’t do the ingame upgrade but bought a physcial copy. I didn’t recieve the booster nor did I get the HoM token.

I’ve allready sent a support ticket but didn’t recieve an answer yet.
