So, I got a new laptop today. And when I first booted up GW2, I was running it at highish settings with 60iish-+ fps. Then, I restarted my laptop and booted the game up again, and now, no matter what settings I have it on, it won’t go above 31 fps. This continues to happen, regardless of the graphical settings I have it at. Also, I don’t have vsync turned on either in game or for my graphics card.
