FPS drop down when FRIENDS window is opened

As the title describes I have this problem, when I open the FRIENDS window I start lagging (1-10 FPS), I have 5 contacts and my normal FPS is 30 minimum without that window opened.
I have submitted a ticket but some incompetent replied me believing I have a disconnection problem where I mentioned DISCONNECTION nowhere.
