Four Days and No Response

Hello,

My friend received an email regarding his email authentication being changed despite the fact that he was not the one who initiated the change in the first place. During the middle of a dungeon run with his guildies, he was booted off the game when the hacker went on it and logged into both his Guardian and Engineer, both after teleporting him to Black Citadel.

Since he is unable to post himself, I would like to ask for some help in terms of resolving this issue as he was promoted to Guild Leader prior to this incident and everyone in the guild is not sure what the hacker is capable of. We had read on the Wiki updates that the tickets would be resolved in 48 hours and would be reduced to 24 hours yet, my friend has still not received a response.

His ticket number is 120910-001272, his ID was Serin.3917 and has not received any information on the status of his account since he originally logged his ticket on Sept 9th. If you could look into it that would be great, thanks.

This ticket is three days old. While we are helping most people within 48 hours, sometimes we need to wait for more information or at times the process takes longer. We have a means for you to follow up, if you wish: If you do not hear for five days, you can post in the Tickets for Review – 5 days and older thread.
