Forum Moderators are pathetic

You give an infraction on person communicating with another person by sharing a screenshot in a bug report forums.

I know Guild Wars 2 forums are sensitive for people but for crying out loud, where does the line draw?

This is nothing more to kill your fan base but constant infractioning over the most silliest of stuff that children would use in words in response to other people and yet you even find children word use, offensive enough to the nature of an infraction.

I am getting tired of bothering to report bugs, offer suggestions, or even communicating with Guild Wars 2 because its a constant battle of “What I am allow to say in freedom of speech in the civil-ed manner” versus “Who I am to communicate with others”.

The amount of harassment I receive from forum moderators is pathetic to the point that you are not really here for the people or anyone that cares about your game.

Please do not tell me about the click of the button to challenge an infraction, you ignore them, you ignore the emails, you delete my threads, you delete my post and for what?

Is your reputation that thin of a line that you feel threaten that when someone comes along and finds flaws and gives critical criticism that you cover it up from the public because it makes your game look bad in certain areas or patch issues?

Be honest here, what is intent with this game, do wish for Guild Wars 2 to fail? Is that your goal?

Personally, why not permanently locked the account because its offensive in the nature and idea itself that when I come back, no matter how many weeks or months later, I receive vile distasteful responses from you people when it comes matters like these and its like you are slapping in my face every time because you enjoy it.

Are you going cover, close, and delete this thread too? Because I am getting sick of these stupid little games and I think it should be public how you “Really” treat your customers.

Hello everyone.

First of all, if you think an action taken by a moderator was unreasonable and want to send an appeal, you are very welcome to do so to the following email address: [email protected], where it will be carefully reviewed then. Also, remember that the moderation team is here in order to keep the forums as respectful and constructive as possible, following the Code of conduct. All posts that go against this code are subject to moderation as they can be disruptive for the healthy communication between the players and normally act as bait for future off-topic and flaming posting, resulting in threads being closed, negativity being stirred up and so on.

Please go and check the following post about the infraction system if you have questions about it.

We are here to listen to all your constructive opinions about this so we will forward your feedback to the team today. In the meantime, we are also closing the thread.

If you have any further questions about the system, do not hesitate to send them to the fore-mentioned email address.

Thanks.
