Forum bug: keep occasionally seeing foreign forums on english site

Every so often, when I visit https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum , I’ll see one or more forums listed in a foreign language (e.g., French or Spanish).

Just now, I clicked on the (English-description) Tech Support forum, but all the threads were in German. The URL in my browser still showed “forum-en.guildwars2.com”.

This is happening sporadically, and is rather annoying.
