My friend ( PiggyPro.1726 ) lost his password & tried to recover it by filling in the form Guild Wars 2 support advised him.
They also ask the Serial code, which is something he doesn’t have anymore.
He bought the game in pre-purchase on the official guild wars website.
Does anyone know how to recover this serial key?
