"forgot your password" feature unavailable?

Of course I needed that function today and was sent to the account recovery page…where i needed to know my serial code. Guess what, I have no idea what it is.

Go ahead and contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. Since you don’t have your serial code, they will work with other details. Don’t worry about that.
