Hello.
Last year I pre-ordered Guild Wars 2 and I got the pre-order code for it. It cost some money that would later be deducted. In the end I bought a digital deluxe edition and the box edition both, but only used the digital deluxe CD-key. The regular box edition just laid there for a few months and in December (I think) I made an account for maybe some friends to play on, but nobody was really interested and I sort of forgot about the account. Now I find that I cannot log into it and I scoured all my emails addresses, but cannot find the details for the account. I know the name of the character I created there, as well as the box with the game and the serial key.
Any idea as to what I should do? Thanks!
