Finding out if a friend is banned

Hey guys.
6 months ago or so, I started playing with someone. We never really exchanged any information because we didn’t need to, as we had VoIP and we were online at the same time. I (obviously) know his userID, but I don’t know anything else…

Thing is, he hasn’t been on for 3 weeks – a month now, and I’m really worried. He used to be on daily. Knowing if account is banned (I don’t know why it would be) would certainly help. I do assume if this is something arenanet doesn’t do, but I’d like to find out.

I am not quite sure if Customer Support will help you with this but you may give them a try and contact them. Hopefully your friend is just having a rest of the game and gets back to you soon.
