I have been trying to raise a dispute about a cash bought item, custormer support wont help, when i posted on the fourms asking for player help, a member of staff changed my name to “Phi Is Sly.1857” and delete my post saying not to call out a staff name in my post. Which i did not.

Does anyone know of a route i can take to contact a senior member of staff?
All i want is for a cash bought item to do the purpose it said in the description, this account bound item, cannot be found on my account no more.

Looks like you have two separate issues. First, the name change. Your previous name violates our Code of Conduct. It was reported, and a change was requested.
