We’ve done her several times before and she uses her abilities. This time we were in a really high DPS group and she didn’t do anything. Just stood there the entire time not using any abilities (Like the report I made a while ago about Subject Alpha). She did zero of her abilities. We completely nuked her down from 100% health to 0% without her doing anything.

Just to make it sure: you can always report this through the in-game reporting tools, as this will help the dev team more effectively.
