Today i notice there was an email in my inbox, sendt to me 18. November.
there it said my account was locked and i was accused for gold selling or real money currency stuff.
and i am like wtf how is that even possible :S, i played on that day right before i went back to the army, and now i can’t even play it because i am busy all the time, so i was wondering if i got hacked or something :S.
and i can’t find my serial code for the game, bought digital copy, i might have deleted the email, so am i screwd? i sent a ticket, but i wonder if it is also possible to get the serial code again?
or am i screwd and can’t access my account ever again?
i need answers fast, i am going away for 5 days, army related so i wanna fix this fast
am i allowed to copy paste the email, so you ppl can see what it said in the email?
ok i am confused now, apparently i can logg into the account on this site, but in the email it said my account was temporarily closed, i could also change password. so does that mean it’s fixed, or is it that i can’t log into the game itself?
