False auto Ban 130711-000509

my friend has been trying to get his account back because of what he believes to be a false auto ban from the jumping puzzles that was happening . However every ticket he has submitted has been marked duplicate and not responded to. If someone could please look into the ticket number in the subject that would be great.

Your friend ’s account was not impacted by any issues related to jumping puzzles. He was involved in cheating and the account was closed accordingly. This has already been reviewed multiple times and according to the notes on the account, it will remain closed.
