"Facing" some issues.

Excuse the terrible pun.
I have no idea where else to ask this, and this is my first time posting on the Guild Wars 2 forums. I just wanted to explain a little issue I was having. When I thought up my character originally; I designed him to be this gruff looking dude with stubble and a somewhat statuesque face. But the issue is, that when I first played Guild Wars 2, I had a really junky computer to play it on, and I could hardly tell what was what. As far as I was concerned I had a fairly manly looking fellow. I’ve leveled him up to nearly 50, and I just moved in with my girlfriend, and now I have a real computer to play on, where I can actually see the details on my guy’s face. He looks like this little prissy desu desu girly boy, who looks like he’s never even seen a bar, let alone a battlefield. It’s kind of ruining the immersion of the game for me, but I have him up to level 50, so there’s no way I can delete and remake him.

I wanted to ask; will there ever be a feature in the near or distant future that will allow me to change my character’s appearance in any way? If not, is there any way a mod could let remake his face. This is kind of a serious issue, considering I play on the “official unofficial roleplay server” (Tarnished Coast) and I’m supposed to be playing some rough street rat, in his early thirties, with a bad attitude and a drinking problem. But I look like some fanciful girly boy who puts his make up on in his plush little mansion bathroom. I really can’t stand it.

I feel sure that we will offer character customization changes in the Gem Store in the future. Do I know that officially? Nope. But we offered it in Guild Wars, it was a popular option, and people want it. Those three things make me believe that it will also be offered in Guild Wars 2.

P.S. I personally like the pun.
