Error with buying gems

I’m having a problem buying gems as of yesterday, the first three times I bought gems worked great for me, but now I can’t purchase gems anymore. I have posted a ticket on the “general billing questions” category. But I haven’t got any answer yet
Is there anymore I can do at this moment other than wait on the answer to the ticket?

Ps: I’ve tried buying gems with both paypal and “new credit card”.

That’s great that you submitted a ticket. And you chose the right category, too, so I’m sure it will be answered very promptly.

We ask that folks not submit a ticket and post immediately in the forums. Please allow the team time to resolve the issue in the ticket. The forums is not the place to address individual issues like this, nor will an immediate forum post expedite your response. Thanks for understanding.
